Director of Community Engagement

The quintessential evangelist, when Emily is passionate about an idea or pursuit, she can’t help but investigate and then share it with others. Her insatiable curiosity has taken her around the world, including working as a private chef to Leonardo DiCaprio in Morocco as well as assisting food icons Simone Beck and Julia Child in France. A published author, media specialist and spokesperson, community liaison and sales and marketing professional, Emily is an exceptionally talented communicator. She thrives when creating new relationships, often merging the boundaries of personal, professional and community to forge lasting connections. In her words, she was “meant to put people together.” As director of community engagement, Emily shares her enthusiasm for our process, work and people, building deep relationships in the Northwest. Emily is a graduate of Oregon State University. She also studied at La Varenne: Ecole de Cuisine in Paris.
