Monoflo International
Effectively branding a commodity-based organization truly takes a deep dive into the company's manufacturing process and business model. Deep dive we did after being engaged in 2003 by Monoflo International, a Virginia-based manufacturer of injection-molded plastic containers. Our initial full tour of their 200,000 square foot production facility left nothing out, quickly establishing our ability to understand production cycles as well as product features and benefits. As an extension of the executive vice president of sales and marketing's internal team, Riley Weiss plays a vital role in guiding the growth and development of the Monoflo brand.
Program Synopsis
One of the first things our client said to us was "Our competitors are billion dollar companies. We need to look like we are, too." Job one was to re-define Monoflo's brand positioning and develop a compelling visual identity to accomplish that goal. From that key initial milestone to the present, we have continuously choreographed Monoflo's outward-facing communications plan. Our integrated approach has created effective marketing solutions in print, online, at events and in trade shows. We've helped them launch new products and penetrate new vertical markets. We've supported their large-scale partnerships with global systems integrators. Monoflo's revenue has grown 500% since hiring Riley Weiss.
